These terms cover your use of the Ora app, which is provided by Guillermo Gonzalez, in the United States ("we", "us"). By using Ora, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Ora. You need an Apple ID to sign in.
You sign in with Apple. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings → Delete Account.
Ora is a place to pray for one another. When you post a request or write a prayer:
Posts are checked automatically before they appear. You can report a post or block a person from the post's menu. We may remove content and, if someone breaks these rules, suspend or ban their account.
You keep ownership of what you write. By posting it, you let us store it, show it to the people you shared it with, and process it as described in the Privacy Policy (including sending it to our AI provider to write prayers) so that Ora can work.
Some prayers in Ora are written by AI, based on what you share. They are offered as encouragement. They may be imperfect, and they are not pastoral, medical, psychological or legal advice. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away.
We may change or discontinue features. If these terms change, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
Ora is provided as is. We don't promise that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, or that content generated for you will fit every situation. Ora offers spiritual encouragement; it is not professional counseling, medical care, or crisis support.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app, and our total liability for any claim connected to Ora is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not permit us to limit.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the state where you reside.
